A seasoned businessman and a renowned philanthropist and promoter of Julius and Yutee Rone Foundation. Luke O. ANELE: LL.B | Director
Mr. Luke Anele is an alumnus of then College of Technology Nekede, Owerri (now Federal Polytechnic) where he obtained his HND in Chemical Engineering. He later read Law at the University of Benin, Benin City for his LLB(Hons) degree. He started his working career in NNPC Petrochemical Division in 1985 and his working career spanned through many Departments and Subsidiaries of NNPC. Before his retirement in March 2020, he worked in Production, Commercial/Marketing, Human Resources, Admin Services, Materials Management and Business Development. Mr. Anele attended various Management Development Trainings and Workshops in Nigeria and different parts of the world. A highly motivated self-starter, who has acquired varied competencies in Laboratory Services, Production, Commercial, Legal, Human Resources, Administration, Procurement/Materials Management, Policy Review, Improvement, and Implementation in NNPC, supported by my qualifications in Engineering and Law. A good team-player, always open to new knowledge and has propensity for change, exhibits high level of flexibility and mobility, communicates effectively, and loves higher challenges. Played key leadership roles in some NNPC sponsored activities. Mr. Anele retired from NNPC as the Managing Director of Nigerian Pipeline and Storage Company Ltd, he is married with children.
Engr. Sadeeq A. MAI-BORNU | Project Advisor
Is the immediate past Deputy Managing Director of Nigeria LNG between April 2016 and April 2022. In that capacity he served as a Director on the Boards of Nigeria LNG Ltd and its subsidiaries Bonny Gas Transport (BGT) and NLNG Ship Management Limited (NSML) where he was Vice Chairman. During his six (6) year stint at NLNG he contributed to the take-off of the Train 7 Project during the challenging period of COVID-19 pandemic as well as Championing its Realigning to Win (RtW) Transformation Programme. Sadeeq retired from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in April 2022 after serving meritoriously for almost 35 years. Presently he is the Project Advisor to UTM FLNG Limited, helping to develop the first floating LNG facility in Nigeria. Sadeeq is widely travelled and has attended several management and leadership courses. He is a change agent and is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, Continuous Improvement, clean energy, climate change and energy efficiency/conservation and has a strong flair for coaching and mentorship. He is happily married with four children.
Engr. George O. AMARA: PhD, MEPE, MSc, PMP, R. Eng., MNSE, ACIArb (UK) |Project Leader & Technical Manager
Engr. George Amara is an Energy & Gas expert, a technical/Assets management professional, a certified project/program management practitioner (PMP) with project management institute (PMI), USA. He holds a PhD in Project management, Masters in Energy & Petroleum Economics, (MEPE), master’s in project development & management, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics Engineering. He is a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers, (MNSE); Member, The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET); Member, The International Society of Automation (ISA); Member, Chartered Institute of Arbitration (ACIArb) UK, amongst others. An experienced multidisciplinary Engineer/Manager who had at various times managed processing & power plants, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure facilities in partnership with major funding organizations such as The International Finance Corporation (IFC), Africa Capital Alliance, Afrexim Bank, and Bank of Industries (BOI), etc. Recently, he successfully led the team that designed, construct and commissioned the PNG Gas Limited 30mmscd Egbaoma Gas Processing Plant Umutu (OML 038) and was also responsible for the technical and commercial operations of the facility. He previously worked at Nigeria LNG Limited, Bonny Island Plant Complex, SPDC new process facility, Bonny Island Terminal, TOTAL Nigeria EGINA FPSO Living Quarters etc for over 20years. He has worked on various projects in Nigeria and outside the country. He has extensive knowledge to provide solutions to challenging problems in Project management, Operations & Maintenance, Engineering Designs, Contract Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), etc. Currently, he is leading the team for the 1.7MTPA UTM Floating LNG Project in Nigeria in partnership with JGC Japan, Technip Energies France, and KBR UK. He is a family man, a philanthropist with multiple community projects and sponsorship to his name.

An alumnus of the University of Lagos. Bemigho is a resource person par excellent who had worked and held responsible positions in the public and private sectors. A recipient of international and local professional courses, spanning hours of conferences, seminars, and classroom and boardroom instructions. He was conferred with a doctorate degree (Honoris Causia) Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Business Administration (Honoris Causia), A distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, USA (FCILG); Fellow of the International Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC); A Certified Management Consultant (CMC); A Media, Crisis and Community Relations practitioner with membership portfolios in several professional and regulatory bodies which includes but not limited to The Institute of Directors (IoD); International Law Association (ILA), Chartered Institute of Nigerian Bankers (CIBN); International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) USA; American Management Association (AMA); American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP); CEB Corporate Leadership Council; International Safety Quality Environment Management Association (ISQEMA); Amnesty International; Friends of the Earth Nigeria / Environmental Rights Action to mention but these few. Babatunde AGBEDE: MBA, MBF | Group Executive Director: Special Projects & General Procurement
A graduate of the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance (MBA, Finance) and is an expert in Business Operations, Accounting and Finance, Sales and commercial activities, Procurement, Logistics, Project Management, etc. He has led various teams to develop solutions for local and international projects for various multinationals. He was the pioneer British Airways Regional Account Manager for Abuja and Northern Nigeria, and later a Key Account Manager, in Nigeria. He is reputed to have helped the airline build its market share in Nigeria and grow its northern Nigeria schedule from 3 times a week to daily – winning as part of the Commercial Team “The Commercial Win of the Year Award for 2004” (which is British Airway’s highest commercial award). He is a student member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr Babatunde Agbede is dynamic, focused, articulate, brilliant, and resourceful. He is happily married with children.
